GENERAL INFORMATION

Once we have received your  K –  E T A  approval and validated your payment, you will receive your Electronic Travel Authorization (K – E T A) by E-mail. The processing and approval time is usually very short (a few hours to 48 hours)

Your stay in South-Korea will be valid for 3 months (unless the Immigration Service sets another period according to your approval – a very uncommon decision).

CONDITIONS OF ADMISSIBILITY IN SOUTH-KOREA

Since September 2021, the Electronic Travel Authorization (Korea E T A) is required. The validity is for 2 years or until the expiration of your passport. Please note that you must apply again if you get a new passport. 
You can apply online via the Internet. In case of emergency or if you need help, our customer service is available 7 days a week H24 online to assist you with the submission or your approbation.
